1. Operator

The website edunetspace.ro is operated by EDUNET SPACE S.R.L..

2. Purpose of the website

The website is informational and allows submission of booking requests for activities carried out in the EDUnet Space venue.

3. Bookings

A booking becomes valid only after explicit confirmation sent by EDUNET SPACE S.R.L. through the communication channels indicated by the user.

Submitting a request through the website does not, by itself, constitute a contract.

4. Payments

The website does not process online payments. The payment method is communicated separately, after booking confirmation.

5. Minors

Bookings are made exclusively by parents or legal guardians. By making a booking, the user declares they have the legal right to act on behalf of the minor participant.

6. Intellectual property

The website content is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Governing law

This document is governed by Romanian law.
